- Voting online;
- Placing a first-class stamp on the completed ballot and mailing it to PO Box 264, Peekskill, NY 10566;
- Dropping completed ballots at identified community locations: Peekskill Middle School, Peekskill High School, Field Library, Peekskill Coffee House.
